Total tear down

This picture shows that the paneling is set on the walls from the outside, making replacing the paneling difficult from the inside.

Broken roof vent allowed further damage.

Extensive water damage and rotten wood played the major factor in deciding to tear the trailer down all the way.

Custom tail light wiring of extension cords wrapped from the front to the back of the trailer the hole drilled through the trailer to attach cords to lights must go, all the lights as well are dried out and shot.

Each window held on by dozens of rusty screws.

Dried up silicone.

Removing every nail, staple and screw makes for tedious work.

some previous repairs done with bondo and rivets

The smile says it all, realizing that there's no turning back now

water damage worse than imagined

Leaky roof vent and saggy roof frame.

Not a good idea for a windy day.

Walls had to be strengthened prior to removing.  Metal gussets did the job.

Just what every neighbor wants to see out there front window.

If nothing else it could make a atv trailer.
