The walls go up
walls secured on bottom
relief cuts made half the width through the 1/4 inch ply birch allowed it to make the bends without cracking
pay backs
several pieces of 1/4 inch ply make up the crown in order to make the bends
crown and frame going up
looking good inside
the framing of the window going up
Preping the trailer
wooden deck sanded and metal ground with a wire wheel and a grinder
metal straightened and ground clean
metal all primed
wheel well painted even though hidden behind cabinets
kids enjoying the sanded and painted trailer

nails and staples were easier to cut than pull out

Router makes trimming brainless..nothing could possibly go wrong
